Remembering Herman
This website is dedicated to honoring the life and memory of Herman Lee Jr. Here, family, friends, and loved ones can come together to celebrate his legacy, share stories, and reflect on the impact he had on all who knew him. His spirit will live on in the memories and hearts of those who cherish him.
Gone from Sight, Not from Heart
He walked the road with worn-out soles,
Six little hearts his only goal.
Worked through the rain, sang through the pain,
And never once did he complain.
He gave his love without a sound,
Built us up while he stayed down.
The world just spun, he held it still—
With steady hands and iron will.
And oh… we miss you so,
But your love, it still does grow.
In every laugh, in every name,
You live in us, just not the same.
The grandkids ask where grandpa’s gone,
We say he shines when stars come on.
Strangers smile when they recall
That quiet man who gave his all.
So here’s to you, this Father's Day,
Your echoes never fade away.
Your spirit hums in all we do—
Forever loved, forever you.
